Troubleshooting checklist
Monitoring stops midway
Check battery optimization, power-saving mode, and Game Booster settings. Setting the app’s battery usage to “Unrestricted” may help.
No alert when the screen changes
Check the monitoring area, selected tab, detection method, sound and vibration settings, then adjust the threshold gradually.
Too many false alerts
Exclude clocks, animations, blinking elements, and other continuously changing areas, then adjust the threshold toward less sensitive.
OCR does not recognize text
Select the OCR profile that matches the script and make sure the text is not too small. Some scripts, including Arabic, are not currently supported.
The screen lock will not unlock
Use the unlock method configured in Settings. Start the gesture within the app-controlled area rather than the system area at the screen edge.
